COLOMBIA | BELLA VISTA | THE FAMILY FARM COFFEE

Jonathan Gasca and his older brother, Johan, are coffee producers from the Huila region of Colombia. Though the brothers originally wanted to be football players, eventually they realised that following the family tradition of growing coffee was more interesting than they had originally thought. Jonathan and Johan are enthusiastic about growing the reputation of Bella Vista (the family farm) as a specialty coffee producer.

This coffee has been dry fermented for 24 hours, bringing out notes of milk chocolate and almonds.
